FAIRY MATCH TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of fairymatch.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

ABOUT FAIRY MATCH
Fairy Match offers randomized bracelet reveal experiences. Product photographs show examples only and do not guarantee a particular bracelet color, design, or style.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the store only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

PACKAGES AND GUARANTEES
Each package displays its starting number of boxes and minimum guaranteed number of bracelets. Bonus boxes may be earned according to the rules shown on the product page. Bonus results are randomized and no maximum quantity is promised or guaranteed. The selected package’s minimum guarantee will always be fulfilled.

LUCKY HEART AND SURPRISE ME
Customers may choose an available Lucky Heart color or select Surprise Me. When Surprise Me is selected, the first heart drawn becomes the Lucky Color. The complete reveal rules shown on the product page form part of these terms.

PUBLIC REVEAL VIDEOS
Each order includes a personalized reveal video that is recorded and published publicly after the game. Customers must acknowledge public publication before adding the product to the cart. A nickname is optional. If nickname permission is not provided, Fairy Match will use an order code. Contact, payment, and delivery information will not be displayed publicly.

ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order before the reveal begins where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, inventory problems, prohibited destination, or violation of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring payment and billing information is accurate. Discounts are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. An order may be canceled only before its reveal begins. Once the first box assigned to the order is opened, cancellation or return is not available solely because of randomized quantity above the stated guarantee, color, style, duplicated designs, or personal preference. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

SHIPPING
The Shipping Policy forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, weather, peak periods, and remote locations.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try to keep descriptions, prices, availability, and other information accurate. We may correct genuine errors and update information where permitted by law. Material changes affecting a completed order will be communicated where appropriate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Fairy Match branding, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, and website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where allowed by law.

PROHIBITED USE
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

LIMITATION AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairy Match is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version available when the order is placed, except where a change is required by law.
