FAIRY MATCH SHIPPING POLICY

CURRENT SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Fairy Match currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

SHIPPING COST
Free standard tracked shipping is included for orders to all supported destinations. Optional expedited services, if offered, will be shown separately.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally recorded, prepared, and dispatched within 5–10 business days. This processing period allows time for the personalized reveal video and careful packing. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 10–18 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, weather, and remote destinations may cause delays.

TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent after dispatch. Tracking scans and delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may take time to update.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs review, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless expressly collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact hello@fairymatch.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, damage, or delivery issue, contact hello@fairymatch.com with your order number. We will review the carrier information and assist with the available remedy.
